2 positions  (one full time, one part time) for high-energy individuals able to manage multiple projects and work with many varying personalities. Position will likely grow to full-time within a few months. Administrative, reception, and project-based duties include but not limited to: greeting clients, answering phones, processing transactions, assisting management, special projects, and assisting with marketing needs/fliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage consultant team’s calendar.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and arrange meetings.
  • Maintain contacts database in ACT!
  • Assist in preparation of routine memoranda, reports etc.
  • Assist with customer and business communications – monitoring, retrieving, sorting, prioritizing and responding accordingly to some phone calls, emails, faxes and mail.
  • Interface with customers to facilitate timely responses.
  • Assist or lead the completion of special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 3+ years of administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
  3. Proficient computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and email; familiarity with Symantec ACT! or other CRM software a plus.
  4. Excellent phone manner and written & oral communication skills
  5. Self-directed individual with a strong work ethic and service orientation, strong organization skills and attention to detail
  6. Ability to independently analyze and resolve problems
  7. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands with ease and deal with changing priorities.
  8. Ability to anticipate the needs of management and to respond proactively
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive attitude
  10. Provide excellent customer service

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES:

  • Understanding of small business work environments

COMPENSATION: $15/hour
